Meet Thorsten
Thorsten graduated in engineering and holds a degree in food processing engineering from the University of Bremerhaven, Germany 2000.
In 2003 he completed his Bachelor of Technical Business Administration.

Thorsten’s expertise, combined with his wife, Dr. Schmiemanns knowledge, have established Holistic Health Lunenburg in 2019 to enable people to discover, learn and experience a healthy lifestyle. With the aquisition of Keliza Healthy Living they are able to offer everything for the daily needs of holistic living and a healthy livestyle.
Meet Claudia
Dr. med. Claudia Schmiemann was born and raised in Germany.
She attended Medical School in Aachen. While proceeding with her 5 years of medical training to become a family physician she started to learn Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Düsseldorf.
Claudia is trained as a nutritionist, herbalist, psychotherapist and hypnotherapist.
In 2020 she immigrated with her husband to Canada and opened the Holistic Health Center Lunenburg. In April 2023 both acquired Keliza in Mahone Bay.
Claudia loves to hike, bike and run. Besides gardening she is an avid reader and passionate mum.
